The Marketing team at Comcast Business does an incredible job managing a wide range of sponsorships, customer activities, associate contests, quarterly promotions, and weekly events.
Unfortunately, an important aspect missing from the marketing mix was an effective outlet for conveying how the company is (as the new tagline states) “Powering Possibilities” for its loyal customers, business partners, and local communities.
Solutions
We developed a consistent flow of communications materials and designed them to fully engage key
stakeholders by incorporating easy-to-read stories and appealing visuals.

- Created a monthly newsletter to showcase the company’s various marketing activities, customer wins, employee achievements, and major milestones.


- Produced a quarterly newsletter to highlight the company’s employee referral programs and congratulate those team members who successfully submitted referrals resulting in sales.

Awareness of Comcast Business initiatives increased significantly among both internal and external audiences — even through the pandemic.
